Product Description

Venus 510D 3D AOI solves the problem of ink interference in 2D short-circuit detection PCB through high filtering. 3D ultra high speed test at 450ms/FOV, using 4 side cameras to inspect side defects that cannot be detected by 2D and 3D, such as QFN, LCC package side short circuits, virtual soldering, and other defects.


The service engineering personnel have more than 5 years of work experience in the original factory. Before shipment, we will conduct an overall inspection and demo 1-2 working days before shipment.

Rental equipment, service maintenance, and upgrade warranty are all handled by our engineering personnel;

The entire equipment is covered by a 3-month warranty, and some important components are covered by a 1-year warranty. If the warranty is released, our company has sufficient spare parts inventory and can provide emergency repairs.
